SPECTATOR WEEKLY MAY 2002 ISSUE
Our Gigondas "Domaine
Grand Romane" 2000 has been awarded by one of the most important and famous
name of the wine trade: The Wine Spectator. This wine has been quoted 90/100 during
a sudden tasting last May, fuis tasting has been able thanks to Laurent Terrisson
(former export manager at Cave de Tain) who is now working as our Agent for US
market.
Even if this wine was appreciated by many connaisseurs, such an award is very
important to prove that the family Amadieu makes a wonderful work in bis vineyard
and in his winery. The vintage 200 is out of stock but the vintage 2001, deeper
than 2000 (exciting tasting to corne), will be bottled in April 2003.
