Our selection for this vintage presented with red, rosé and white wines, offers elegant, fruity and with a relatively light alcohol content (12% vol.).
Red: Fine, fruity (red and black fruits), genuine, ready to be consumed, generous and full bodied.
Rosé: Fine, fruity and genuine, to be served chilled and to be drunk within two years.
White: refreshing, with fruity and floral aromas, well balanced between acidity and alcohol. |

On the 27th of July 1973 the Appellation Controlled Côtes du Ventoux was created thanks to its quality and typicality. Red, Rosé and white wines are made according to a yield of not more than 50 hectolitres/Ha and not less than 11% Vol. of alcohol.
Red and Rosé wines are produced from black Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.
For white wines, Clairette, Bourboulenc and white Grenache are the dominant Grape varieties.

Located on the slopes of the Mount Ventoux (1912 meters), the Côtes du Ventoux vineyard gets a lot of sun and is sheltered from the Northern Wind called Mistral.
The region extends on 51 villages of the Vaucluse department, East and South East of the Côtes du Rhône.
