berries of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Grenache, this unique wine is aged for 6 to 9 months in big oak casks.
Deep red coloured with powerful tannins, this wine is very elegant, fragrances of sweet pepper mixed with touches of red and black fruits flavors will perfectly match with a chicken with cream.

• Very dark colour,
due to low yields (60 HL per Hectare).
• Aromatic nose with typical notes of Grenache (Black fruits :
Blackcurrant, prune ...) as well as nuts.
• On the palate, the wine reveals a very good structure, with a
powerful end as well as toasty notes at the very end.
• Serving temperature : 17°C.
• A very good wine to drink all
along the meal with simple but rich food. |
