The year 2023 was historically low in rainfall, despite a rainy spring. The summer was hot and dry, though July nights remained cool. Temperatures intensified throughout August, culminating in a severe heatwave during the final week. This accelerated the ripening and concentration of the berries. Following this episode, a few storms helped to revive the vines, which had seemed to curl in on themselves, and restarted the maturation of the grapes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
