very flinty, pale yellow colour; the bouquet is a neat combination of citrus freshness and a pear, flan couch, is fine tuned. The palate drinks with similar outer zest, has verve and good, fresh length, carries a rather savoury, textured content, the aftertaste quietly firm. It leaves a good spearmint trail behind it. There are busy white fruits present, and the clarity to allow it accompany seafood, as recommended. It’s an upbeat Côtes.
