Very floral and fresh on the nose for this appellation, with stacks of lemon blossoms and some white peaches. Medium- to full-bodied palate, with the creaminess we associate with Cotes-du-Rhone, then plenty of candied lemon freshness at the uplifting finish. A cuvee based on 60% clairette, the rest grenache blanc with a touch of viognier grown on sandy soil. A mix of organic estate fruit and non-organic purchased grapes. Drink now.
