Gigondas Romane Machotte 2021

The 2021 Gigondas Romane was cropped at 25 hL/Ha. It goes througt twenty-one days of fermentation and maceration in concrete, leading to one year of foudre and barrique aging. The result is a slightly reductive red that gradually releases red fruit aromas, licorice traces and subtle dried herbs. Medium-bodied and well balanced, enjoy this refreshing offering over the next couple of years.
