Juicy and energetic on the palate, offering deeply concentrated yet energetic red berry, cherry liqueur and spicecake flavors and a suave floral pastille nuance. Fine-grained, even tannins lend gentle grip to an extremely long, smooth finish that leaves sappy red fruit and allspice notes behind. This superb wine is shaping up to be the best one that I have ever tasted from this venerable estate.
