In the Amadieu family, we particularly appreciate the fresh terroirs of altitude. This is why the Vinsobres we produce follow the same rule. The terraces of the Piallats, located at an altitude of 350 metres, bring a lot of freshness to this cuvée. It is composed of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah.
We simply let this particular terroir express itself, which results in a wine with an aromatic expression dominated by small red and black fruits, as well as spices. Full of subtlety, it will seduce you with its freshness, roundness and velvety tannins.
Les Piallats are hand-picked and traditionally vinified. The wine is then aged for 12 months in barrels and foudres.
